We often use specific time words with the Present Perfect to give more context about when an action happened relative to now.

We use 'just' to talk about an action that happened a very short time ago. It goes between the helper verb and the main verb. For example, 'I have just finished my lunch.'

We use 'already' to say that something happened sooner than expected. It also usually goes in the middle. For example, 'She has already left.' We use 'yet' in questions and negative sentences to ask or talk about things we expect to happen. It always goes at the end of the sentence. For example, 'Have you eaten yet?' or 'I haven't started yet.'
